आ . अ. 65 ( अ ) - आयोग की अधिसूचना सं. 282 /उ.प्र./ 2006
दिनांक 28 जुलाई , 2006 के अंग्रेजी संस्करण में निम्नलिखित
संशोधन किए जाएंगे :

1. सारणी क में 85 - बाल्दो ( अ. जा . ) के विस्तार में प्रविष्टि
" 15 - महुआं", प्रविष्टि “ बाद कानूनगो सर्किल की 16 - मखदूम " से
पहले प्रविष्ट की जाएगी ।

2. तीन संसदीय निर्वाचन क्षेत्रों से सम्बन्धित डा. नरेन्द्र कुमार
सिंह गौड़, विधान सभा सदस्य के दिनांक 17- 07 - 2006 के विसम्मत
प्रस्ताव (I) में --
(i) वैकल्पिक प्रस्ताव में , 49 - फतेहपुर संसदीय निर्वाचन क्षेत्र के

अधीन विद्यमान प्रविष्टि " 241 - आगाशाह " प्रतिस्थापित की

जाएगी तथा " 241 - आयाशाह " के रूप में पढ़ी जाएगी ।
(ii ) वैकल्पिक प्रस्ताव में , 51 - फूलपुर संसदीय निर्वाचन क्षेत्र के

अधीन विद्यमान प्रविष्टि " 254 - फाफामन ( अ. जा.) " को
प्रविष्टि " 254 - फाफामऊ ( अ. जा. ) " के द्वारा प्रतिस्थापित
किया जाएगा तथा पढ़ा जाएगा तथा विद्यमान प्रविष्टि
" 261 - झूसी " को प्रतिस्थापित किया जाएगा तथा

" 258 - हन्डिया " के रूप में पढ़ा जाएगा ।
II. आयोग की अधिसूचना सं. 282/उ.प्र./2006 दिनांक 28 जुलाई ,

2006 के हिन्दी संस्करण में प्रकाशित तीन संसदीय
निर्वाचन क्षेत्रों से सम्बंधित डा. नरेन्द्र कुमार सिंह गौड़

विधान सभा सदस्य के दिनांक 17 - 7 - 2006 के विसम्मत

प्रस्ताव (I) में निम्नलिखित संशोधन किये जाएंगे:

1. वैकल्पिक प्रस्ताव में 50 कौशांबी ( एस . सी .) लोक सभा
के निर्वाचन क्षेत्र के अधीन
(i) विद्यमान प्रविष्टि " 245 बाबागंज ( एस. सी ) " को प्रविष्टि

" 243 खागा ( एस. सी. ) " के द्वारा प्रतिस्थापित किया तथा

पढ़ा जाएगा ।
(ii) विद्यमान प्रविष्टि " 246 कुंडा " को हटा दिया जाएगा , और
(iii) विद्यमान दोहरी प्रविष्टि " 251 सिराथू " में से एक को प्रविष्टि

" 252 मंझनपुर ( एस. सी.) " के द्वारा प्रतिस्थापित किया तथा
पढ़ा जाएगा ।

2. वैकल्पिक प्रस्ताव में " 51 फूलपुर " लोक सभा के अधीन
विद्यमान प्रविष्टि " 254 फाफामन ( एस. सी ) " को प्रविष्टि " 254
फाफामऊ ( एस. सी .) " द्वारा प्रतिस्थापित किया तथा पढ़ा जाएगा
तथा विद्यमान प्रविष्टि " 258 हंहिया " को प्रविष्टि " 258 हंडिया " के
द्वारा प्रतिस्थापित किया तथा पढ़ा जाएगा ।

entry " 15 -Mahuan ” , shall be inserted before the
entry “ 16 -Makhdoom of Bad KC ”.

Parliamentary Constituencies the following
corrections shall be made :
1. În alterative proposal under 50 -Kaushambi

( SC ) PC ,
(i) Existing entry " 245 - Babaganj ( SC )" shall be

substituted and read as “ 243 -Khaga ( SC )" .
Existing entry “ 246- Kunda (SC )” shall be omitted ,
and
One of the existing duplicate entries “ 251- Sirathu"
shall be substituted and read as “ 252 -Manjhanpur

(SC )"

2 . In alternative proposal under 51 - Phulpur PC ,
existing entries “ 254 - Phaphaman (SC )" shall be substituted
and read as “ 254 - Phaphamau ( SC )" and existing entries
" 258 -Hanhia ” shall be substituted and read as “ 258
Handia " .
